Welcome to our Health and Well-being module. In this module employees can exchange health and lifestyle ideas and obtain information about healthy living through reading articles, watching videos or even getting in touch with a health coach. The module is divided into four main pillars: Prevention, Movement, Food and Balance. Within these 4 pillars employees can post, read and share health related topics in order to obtain a better lifestyle. Qualified coaches post their content to share their beliefs and ideas on how to achieve an overall better lifestyle.
Within the platform, employees can post articles they wrote or found, share recipes, videos or quizzes. Furthermore, coaches can post their articles, videos or recipes to give employees a better understanding of a healthy lifestyle. This does not mean it is only based on healthy eating or exercise, it covers well-being as a whole, such as mental well-being, financial stability or work-life balance. Giving your employees the ability to develop themselves into the best version of themselves does not only make them happier but also better employees.
