Collaborative Perks was born in 2011 in the Paris startup ecosystem, with a simple conviction: HR deserves better than rigid software designed for top management and disconnected from employees' everyday lives.
We started with a single module — home exchange between colleagues — and built, year after year, what has become a full multi-tenant SaaS platform. Fifteen modules, sixteen languages, deployments in more than 80 countries. A product trajectory built not with marketing fireworks but with customer feedback, continuous iteration and an obsession with real-world usage.
Our team — human-scale and split between Paris and Madrid — blends technical profiles (Node.js, React, large-scale multi-tenant infrastructure), trilingual Customer Success Managers, Product Designers with B2B SaaS experience, and the support functions that keep the engine running. What unites us: the belief that well-built HR technology can genuinely improve the daily life of the 250,000 people who use it.
