MISSION

Collaborative Perks is a well-funded start-up based on collaborative consumption. We provide many multinational companies with dedicated employee platforms, available in various languages. As our company steadily develops, we are looking for someone to help us with the improvement of our services.

Working across the sea with some of the best and most experienced people within the start-up scene, this position provides you with challenging tasks and responsibilities where your contribution makes a difference. You will be required to make use of critical reflection and creativity, in order to help us grow at an international level.

Aiming to give candidates a broad experience in entrepreneurship and international business, the program will challenge your existing skills as well as teach you new ones as you take part in building an international start-up. The position gives you the chance to explore a potential career within international business and start-ups.

This position is goal-oriented, as such your efficiency will be measured through your ability to complete tasks. In consideration of your success rate, your work hours will be flexible.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• You are a recent graduate or an enrolled student with an excellent academic track record.
• You love a fast-paced, innovative environment and have strong digital literacy
• You are marketing driven, analytical and think on your feet
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire for constant improvement
• You are a self-starter and have excellent communication skills
• You have the ability to turn technical subjects and jargon into easily understood text
• Strong writing and editing skills
• You are able to commit to 6 months of work or a full semester

Languages: native Italian, fluent English and preferably knowledge of Spanish
Working hours: Part-time 9:30-13:30
